Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have visited this nail salon several times and they do a great job and are open on Sunday. I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Before my pedi, my toe nails were not in good shape. The left toe nail (on my big toe) was broken in the middle and the nail tech did an amazing job fixing it. The cost for both mani and pedi was $95 for a full set of acrylic french tip nails with pink and white powder and clear shellac polish on my hands, and french tips with shellac polish on my feet. I have visited this nail salon several times and they do a great job and are open on Sunday. I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Before my pedi, my toe nails were not in good shape. The left toe nail (on my big toe) was broken in the middle and the nail tech did an amazing job fixing it. Gwen took extra time to hand draw a butterfly on my ring finger because I didn’t like the sticker he picked out, and he took good care in making sure my nails looked perfect in the end. I was so in love with the work they did, I tipped the guy 20 dollars and left in a daze. Gwen took extra time to hand draw a butterfly on my ring finger because I didn’t like the sticker he picked out, and he took good care in making sure my nails looked perfect in the end. Critical: ProfessionalismA friend and I wanted to have a mommy’s day. In there defense, I changed my previous service to a lesser one so instead of getting the $100 pedi and mani I got the basic one. When he learned of my change. I think this was cause for him treating me so roughly and unprofessionally. At first, I thought maybe he is just having one of those days or maybe he does not speak english. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, once he left me sitting there and I was not sure when he was finished and he did not walk me to get my nails done and was all around rude and abrupt and unkind. I could have cried- I just needed a day with another adult to spend time. She was getting the $100 service, but I changed my mind. I wanted to believe that is why he was so mean. Either way, I do not think it is okay to treat people that way when they are spending their money. We pushed through and tried to make the best of it and I vowed to never return. My friend felt horrible her birthday was ruined by his unfriendly behavior toward me. I did not react or respond to his negative vibes. I paid about $60 dollars for the service, but did not tip. Either way, the reason I am writing this review though I had planned not too was that she had planned to keep them as her salon. I agreed, anyone can have a bad day and I did change my service to a lesser one meaning less money for them. But she went back to get her nails and feet done and they refused to service her. She has been a customer for 13 years and this was not right or professional. There are plenty of places to go, so I am glad I never have to return there. I think if this is the standards for services I would not take a second chance on them. A little money or a lot of money I do not have to give them another one of my hard earned coins. This was a place that if I had not known better I would feel like I deserved this treatment. No one deserves this treatment.I hope they get their act together because for the location. Critical: QualityI am writing this review under my husband’s name because I don’t have a google account. Any who,I was at this salon for a pedicure on 3/18 and I am writing this on 3/21. The lady used the cheese grater to get the dead skin off my heels and cut so much off that I now have a painful cut/sore on my right heel. My nail polish is already chipping! They did not or do not use a top coat to protect the polish from chipping. I paid $45 for nothing!
