Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI see why no one comes to this place!The original nail salon I go to was closed at the time so this was my last option. I’ve never been here before and deeply regret it! It is disgusting there and Instead of cleaning one of the ladies sat on her laptop shopping for clothes while the other lady did my nails. also paid double For something I did not ask for. I was already upset and ready to leave. Fuklset with gel polish on short nails and a color change on my toes with regular polish. The lady said it will be $80!! I’m like what!? so anyway went ahead and paid it. She had the nerve to ask me if I had cash app or Venmo really? I told her no I have a debit card. I’ve never been asked if I had any kind of cash app. Very unprofessional. What they need to do since they are double charging people is update their business and get some cleaner materials. Not only was the service almost double what I’ve paid else where 20$ for gel polish with pedicure, I didn’t receive what I asked for. A gel pedicure and gel fill took almost 3 hours and was $100!!! I thought being in viewmont this shop would be one of the better ones in Hickory. Not only was the service almost double what I’ve paid else where 20$ for gel polish with pedicure, I didn’t receive what I asked for. A gel pedicure and gel fill took almost 3 hours and was $100!!! Usually by now they are starting to chip or look bad mine are in great condition. Even after yard work and detailing my car they have help up perfectly. I have actually never had a set look this good after nearly two weeks. I got dip nails there almost 2 weeks ago and they still look great. Usually by now they are starting to chip or look bad mine are in great condition. Even after yard work and detailing my car they have help up perfectly. I have actually never had a set look this good after nearly two weeks. Love them and I’ll definitely be using them going forward!
