I have been coming to VIP for Years, These Ladies work Very Hard and Do Excellent Work. I enjoy coming to such a nice Clean Environment while supporting a Local Business with Outstanding Staff. I have watched new Clients come in from another Salon and want these girls to fix what others have done. Sometimes they don’t understand the Way VIP has there Salon Rules and get a Bad Review because of this.

I have lived in Roseboro for almost 4 years now, I had heard good and bad about this nail salon. I read reviews to see others opinions about this nail shop and saw mixed opinions. Finally, after years of contemplating (my regular nail shop is Pearl Nail Spa off of Raeford road in Fayetteville) I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because my regular nail shop had appointments unavailable. I got a gel pedicure and I got a set of dip nails, everything was fine. I paid my bill and it was $102 plus the tip, I paid $112 altogether. 2 days after getting my nails done, the dip broke on one of my middle fingers, mind you they were closed the following week for vacation and that’s understandable. I’m not quite sure when they opened back up but I called to see about getting my ONE nail fixed. I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen after 5pm because they don’t take clients after 5pm.. even though online, it clearly says they close at 6pm. Finally, I got into the nail salon today to get one nail fixed, that mind you, cracked A DAY OR TWO AFTER getting the set done… and was charged $7 to get ONE nail fixed. Wow!!!! Just WOW!! After paying $112 on Dec 29th and they are closed the following week and me being unable to make it until today because I work everyday until 5:15 or 5:30 everyday… The lady charged me $7 to fix one nail. I will never be coming back here again! I would 100% rather drive to Fayetteville to Pearl nail spa that is 45 minutes away from my house than drive here and they are just 2-3 minutes down the road from me. I don’t mind paying for a service given to me, but I also really feel this was unfair to me as a paying client. The lady stated she just didn’t know, it had been “2 weeks” I didn’t feel like arguing with her but keep in mind they were closed for an entire week. Bad customer service!!

Both my son and I received a pedicure and was charged 5 extra dollars because we were men. My technician explained to me that men are more work; well my technician treated me as if she did NOT want to work on my feet and to be clear my feet are not distressed. I have recieved so many excellent pedicure but this one feel very short. I WILL NO GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.

Critical: QualityWay too overpriced, I got a basic one color medium length full set and got charged $100 not including tip. The second time I TRIED going there I asked for a simple French tip and they told me they couldn’t do that type of nail design. Like what ?Service: Acrylic nails

They should change the name to VIP Pedicures. You can no longer make an appointment for your nails. So don’t expect to be able to get them both done. Customer service was good.

I love the atmosphere of the establishment. The ladies there are friendly and offer suggestions on how to do/keep your nails looking great.I get gel done and nails shaped and they always do an awesome job. The pedicures I’ve had are relaxing and the ladies are so friendly and do a great job And the prices are very reasonable. They always try to please their customers. I love the way I’m treated and would reccomend them to anyone.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in with my daughter for a manicure and pedicure last week. We had an appointment and didn’t have to wait. We were asked what kind of pedicure we wanted and we picked the “middle of the road” one. About 33 dollars. I’ve done this many times before at different places. I paid 5 dollars cash for a design to be painted on my daughters one nail, a flower. And requested gel polish for the toes and fingers on both of us. (Same color) The manicure was rushed. It only consisted of filing and shaping the nails and a light application of lotion. But the pedicure was average. I was only informed of the cost of the pedicure but I had an idea of the prices of everything else as I’ve been to this salon and many others before. I was quoted 89 dollars at checkout and left a hefty cash tip. I didn’t get the receipt because of COVID it’s just safer. A week later I see that I was charged on my card 189. Wow! I called to inform them of their mistake and I was quickly informed that I was the one mistaken, apparently i was charged 70 extra dollars for gel polish. 15 for each of our feet and 20 for each of our hands! And I was up charged on the pedi and mani because it changed the service all together when you request gel. Apparently it’s a different skill required to paint gel instead of polish. My daughters peeled off the same day and mine bubbled up. Worst job ever but we were leaving for vacation the next day and I didn’t have time to go back. I will not go back to this place. I do not recommend anyone getting ripped off from this place. And I will tell everyone I know.I went in with my daughter for a manicure and pedicure last week.
