Went to have my dipped nails removed, which was painful, but then he only slapped some nail polish over the old adhesive on my damedged nail beds, and left me with painful ingrown fingernails. I’ve NEVER had an ingrown fingernail. And I’m almost certain that this facility isn’t taking standard sanitary protocal measures; from what I observed.

This was second time there and my last. Wow! It started out fine. I was seated right away and my nails were wrapped to soak off the gel polish. Now I expect this to take a few minutes, but to be literally abandoned so the tech could do a pedicure while I waited with acetone on my nails for roughly 45 minutes without anyone telling me anything was inexcusable. I could understand if the person who came in after me for a pedicure had an appointment and me, as the walk-in, had to wait my turn, but at least tell me that. Sitting there for 45 minutes with no explanation and no apology was rude and unprofessional. I ended up taking off the foil and filing my own nails. If I’d had the tools I would have scraped off the polish and done my nails myself. Finally after seeing me take matters into my own hands another tech came over and finished the job the first tech attempted to start. Ridiculous!! It’s a huge shame because the place is clean and they do a really nice job. Trying to juggle two clients at once is not okay especially if you don’t communicate and treat your clients with respect and professionalism.

Absolutely worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. He soaked my feet for almost an hour which was fine but when he came to finish the job all he did was paint(which he missed half of the toenail on several toes) and that was pretty much it. Not to mention how much dead skin was left clearly visible on my feet. It was ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!

VERY disappointed! Just moved here and wasn’t sure where to go. Tried them even though they had bad ratings. The 1st time was ok a few issues but nothing big. Then a couple days later the gel polish with acrylic started to peel off. I went in and got them fixed. Second time I got a fill, again, peeling after a couple of days. He even left them under the light a bit longer. I went in to make an appointment and let him know I was going to try dipping powder. When I arrived for my appointment at 5:30 they quickly wrapped my nails to soak off the acrylic and then never came back until another sweet girl (Jaana) finished taking them off for me at 6:50. Micheal (the nail tech) had taken in other customers while I wad waiting for an hour. Susan, Debbie, and Jaana have all tried to help me when I’ve gone in there for fixes. there is no reason to leave a customer waiting with no explanation, my nails were done soaking. Not a professional place to be.

Powder dip nails turn out nice but they have only 2-3 workers these days. One of them doesn’t do hands. You typically have a very, very long wait. I got them done here for a year, but with less workers and longer wait time, I’m going to look elsewhere.

Got my nails done for the first time here, wanted pedi n mani woman just painted my toes no soak nothing. Then a man did my nails woman told me to tell him to just do acrylic n colors. So i did. He only used one of the colors when i wanted both the color n glitter. Was supposed to be 26$ for nails plus cost of toe paint got charged 48$ on receipt and when i got my bank statement they charged me 57$ this is illegal! Same thing happened to my sister! Don’t go here with a card (cash tipped) !
