They do not do ANY designs. The photos in the reviews are old. Very disappointed. They couldn’t do the simplest designs… even simple lines… They said that the person quit who does the designs and that everyone else has a shaky hand. I showed her the picture before she even began and she kept trying to convince me to get a glitter Polish instead of the design. I kept telling her, no I do not want that. I want this as I showed her the picture.She never said they couldn’t do it. Then, when she’s about to start polishing, I told her that one was Ombré and it needed powder. She said oh we don’t do that. Then we spend about 10 minutes going through different pictures of even the simplest designs and her saying no one in there knows how to do designs. Ma’am, I showed you the picture before we even started.

They pretended not to speak English and over charged me for a pedicure. The overall experience was ok, the massage chair and leg massage. That is probably why the charged me double for a pedicure. I didn’t ask them to massage my legs…

I love VIP. Tiffany is definitely the best, Tweety is also great. They are very friendly and professional. They do great work consistently and run a clean salon. I’ve been going to them since shortly after the pandemic lifted limitations on nail salons and I haven’t been disappointed yet with any of their services. Usually I go once every 2 weeks for a gel fill in but I’ve also had waxing and pedicures and they’ve done great with those as well. Definitely would recommend.
