They were busy but I had made an appointment. Even though I had an appointment instead of just telling me they were running behind, they had me get my full set done on a makeshift counter that was way too high. It was uncomfortable to have my arms lifted whole time. I had to sit on a swivel chair with no back. Plus they didn’t have all the tools to use at this counter. The shape of the nails is decent but they didn’t clean them up very well. There are acrylic spots that snag and poke because they didn’t file them down. They rushed me out without letting me use a UV light to dry my nails. Therefore I nicked some of my polish off when I left because it wasn’t completely dry. Also I wanted a gradient design and they said they couldn’t. If you’re looking for a nice design that isn’t super common dont come here.

I came to this establishment all the way from Philly to treat my mom for her birthday and got manicures/pedicures for us both. All I can say is, “Boy did they perform VIP Service! They were so gentle with my mom and made her feel very special. For me, Vincent was amazing and did my pedicure. He took such time, was professional and has great technique! Vivian did my gel manicure, she was quick, had great conversation, gentle, knowledgeable and super sweet. I will definitely come again!! Thank youuuu VIP Nails!!

I had an appointment and waited 20 minutes. Towards the end of my wait, I quietly asked one of the nail technicians how much longer the wait would be. I stated that I made an appointment and had been waiting for a little while. I did not make a big deal about it. At the end of my pedicure, the woman in charge apologized to me for the wait. I thanked her and sat down at the nail dryer. She then proceeded to tell her client (while I was in earshot) that a 15 to 20 minute wait is normal, an hour wait would be different, and appointments are just estimates. Her client responded by talking about how impatient people are and that they just can’t wait anymore. They were essentially talking about me as I was sitting right there, implying that I was being unreasonable to ask how much longer the wait was and that I am impatient. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The appropriate way to handle this would have been to simply apologize and don’t say anything further. I confronted her about how they were talking about me and she tried to throw her client under the bus and say that her client was talking about me and she wasn’t. Unbelievable! I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this place to anyone. They are disrespectful and rude to their customers and do not value their time.

I’m not being rude, I speak the facts. The people were sincerely SO NICE! butttt, the 1 women doing feet, does not get Calusis , nor can pant well on toes. They switch people. (Ugg) the person doing my nails charged me 5 dollars less then a full manicure !!!! JUST to paint my nails. I SWARE they make up prices and overcharge crazy! Never go their again. Not very good with feet! Tho it’s a shame cuz the 1 girl was a good painter.

Knowing it was the end of the day, they took their time and were understanding of my work schedule (hence the last minute scheduling that I felt so bad for). They were kind and polite the entire time and were having conversations with us while working. And they were very thorough with their work. My sister and I are very pleased with our nails, and plan on being frequent customers. They were so welcoming and friendly. We called and they were kind enough to take us last minute. They don’t rush you through, they do a great job, and actually take the time to properly work on your nails… Well not mine but you get my point 🙂
