Always a great experience here. I’ve never had a problem which is why this is my go-to salon. I came in around 10:15 for a manicure and it was done in about 45 minutes! Not bad at all. I get the gel manicure and it’s perfect because it never chips. Thank you again to Ken for a wonderful job! Will be back soon!

worst service ever! The gal who started my manicure made my nails uneven. when I asked for them to be fixed she had no clue. The main gal looked but wouldn’t fix them. she was telling me to show her what to do. I am not the one with the license. she still charged me full price. I asked if I could v dry my nails under a fan and she said they would dry in 5 mins. I waited 10 and every nail is ruined. screw this place and service

Tge pedicure options were strange. The cheapest one was a “hot stone massage” the massage sucked and the hot stones were super pointless. She did a fine job at painting the toenails, but for $29 or w/e it wasn’t worth it

Anytime I go anywhere else I end up disappointed because Ken at VIP nails is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Everyone at VIP is always so helpful. Been going here for years, and still make the drive out even though I live 30 minutes away. Love this place!

Very upset I came here. Expected a nice pedi this Sunday and I was cut several times left to sit in pain for the rest of my time here. The lady doing my nails put something on my more severe cut that made it BURN! Won’t be in again
