This experience was one to remember. The staff was very rude & unprofessional. The guy that did my nails seemed to be very irritated with me. I didnt feel comfortable at all. I understand that they may have had a long day but yanking my hand every time he went to the next nail and stepping on my foot after i just received a “pedicure” is unacceptable. Me & my family will never be back to this location. You just lost 5 customers. New to the area but I I guarantee I will find a better nail salon.

They are rude. Unprofessional. And I was overcharged for the work was done. The technician who did my treatment used hot water during my foot soak. She was rough while massaging my feet and while using the tools. I will never return to this location and I would never recommend this location to anyone Gel manicures

I took my daughter here to get her nails done. We both were very satisfied. This was first time she has gotten them done and wasn’t exactly sure what she wanted. The man that did manicure was very patient and understanding while she was deciding. He took his time on her nails and didn’t rush or hurt her. Store was very clean and employees were friendly.

I’m disappointed. They had this poor frail old many do my pedicure. It wasn’t as detailed as I had hoped or am accustomed to. I even opted out of my usual gel toenails in fear that it wouldn’t be done correctly by him. The lady that did my husbands appeared to be much more aggressive and go getting. We should have switched workers. The must be understaffed on this Saturday afternoon. I’ll know better next time if I am able to come back. Heads up, men are charged anywhere from $8-$10+ dollars than females for the same massage. Also, beware that they’ll tell you the price and then not tell you it’s an additional $4 for using a card.

The place is slow and not honest. She would tell everyone that came to come back in a hour. Now if they came back in a hour, why I’m still sitting here 5 hrs later. She skipped over people to get walk-ins. Make sure you ask them the price before they start. Now they are good in what they do. But if you come in at 10 and they start on you at 4.
