I have been doing my own SNS for 2 years, but decided to go to a nail salon because I’m getting married in 2 days and didn’t want the extra stress of doing my own nails. First of all, my cuticles weren’t even touched, which I thought at least pushing them back is part of “prep”, but nope. My nails are also paper thin, and some of them are rough on the tips. The color is alright and the staff was super friendly, but the entire cuticle situation makes me hate the manicure. I also got a gel pedicure, the tech took his time on the polishing part, but the rest was rushed through. Definitely not worth the $97.

I really like this nail salon! Alot of the comments talked about being fast, and that is exactly what I need in a salon! I do not have time to be spending hours getting my nails done. They did not nick my cuticles, my nails are solid and not thick (I hate thick nails!) Sam is super friendly and the place looks really nice! Word of advise though make an appointment! They try to take walkins but appointments are always met and within a few minutes of your time.

worst salon ever. I asked for a black French and the guy who did it to me ruined everything. He left my entire nail stained black and I kindly told him that if I couldn’t do French, I could make myself complete black. But it looked badly done and dirty. He didn’t even cut my nails. just used a file. So they scolded him and did it all over again. It lasted probably 2 hours there apart from an hour of acrylic nails. After all this I paid $ 50 for a $ 28 pedicure and $50 For acrylic nails and $32 For my daughters pedi In total i paid $132 I left it like that because I felt bad for the huyó but I never return to this place

I received a gel pedicure from here. I went home and looked at my polish. 30 minutes after my pedicure two of my toe polish had already came off. I drove back to the salon and they was very nice and fixed immediately. But still very poor quality. My polish is bubbly and was all over my skin. Some places of my toe nails are not painted, definitely not the best.

I came to get my acrylics removed and a gel manicure. I was only in front of the tech for 30 minutes. It felt rushed and he didn’t even completely remove the acrylic nail. My nails are bumby because he didn’t take all the acrylic off and he didn’t even file the tips even. The polish is dark in some places and light in others.

I went and got a manicure here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They lady very loudly “ughed” at me when I requested regular nail polish. After that her whole attitude changed towards me. Then she was extremely fast and cut me when she was cutting my cuticles. She didn’t even ask how I wanted them shaped and when I requested her to make them more squared she rolled her eyes at me. My polish was very bubbly and sat to dry them five minutes and she was saying I was done needles to say they are smudged and it wasn’t enough time. I defiantly will be going somewhere else next time. Don’t waste your time and find a place that will be friendly towards you and can offer better services.

He Cut my Daughters finger and still charged her. Do not trust them. I’m very dissatisfied. And I mean blood and deep cut at no fault of my own. I would give less of a star or none. This happened to my Daughter. The owner or manager it was a man I called the sheriff department but did not want to deal with the police I’m Olivia’s father and it was not right for him to charge her. Bleeding and very distraught Olivia is. I said I would see him when I could to straighten it out for him to put the money back on Olivia’s Ccard. But he did not . So we will get it done and put it down as a fraud charge on her Ccard. You just can’t cut someone bad and still charge them. We have pictures of what he did. It was an accident I’m sure but he should have never charged her.

Full set and pedicure extremely rushed. Asked if I wanted a manicure which I stated yes and was never done. Added 3 coats to one hand and two to the other. Multiple cuts on both myself and daughters nails. Shapes are uneven and look sloppy. No lotion applied to hands after nails and extremely pricey for such a poor service. Holiday weekend or not do not accept clients if you do not have the time to do them correctly.. never again will I go back there. First and last visit. My daughter asked them to fix her nail and they just made it worse.
