I do not recommend it. They waste their money, terrible work and attention. I took the dip power manicure for $ 55 on Friday and in 5 days my nails were already damaged, brittle, dull and peeling just using my pc. I lost my money and time. In another place they do it to me and normally this lasts 3 weeks and here not even 1 week that disappoints, I do not return and I do not recommend them all a fraud.

The negative reviews are unfortunately true. Being a resident of Ladera Ranch, I was hoping that this nearby nail salon was going to be a good fit. I sent my wife in for a manicure pedicure. They did an absolutely horrible job and when she got home she had to finish what they started. It was also extremely expensive as well. Price aside, I would not recommend this place whatsoever

This place was my very favorite and then they opened a second location and I feel like all the good people went there so I plan on trying that location next… Their work is great but the customer service is starting to lack. When the people doing my hands and toes are talking to one another the entire time, that is not relaxing for me. I was not offered a water, which is like their awesome perk. I wasn’t asked what shape of nails I wanted, and I had to wait when I got there about 20 minutes even though I had an appointment.

Made appointment for my daughter and myself. Was rushed through so quickly- We had to wait about 5-10 minutes(not a big deal) but there were customers in the chairs there when we arrived and they were still there when we left.. meaning that how did I supposedly get an upgraded mani-pedi with a “longer massage” which was almost non-existent? My bill was almost $150 – excuding tip????????
