DO NOT COME HERE! I came out of convenience, being they were right next door to HEB. As soon as I get there they waste no time and sat me down. They started the foil and acetone procedure to remove my gel nails, and then stepped away. More than 30 minutes go by and my fingers are starting to BURN! I finally get a chance to get someone to help me to remove and when they do they are pulling my fingers and I can tell they are starting to become angry. At this point I’m so annoyed I decide to leave. She then stops me and screams as I’m walking out the door to say “YOU NEED TO PAY”, I politely go back inside and pay my $10 of work done here. Look at my fingers after two washes of hot water. If you’re trying to relax and enjoy yourself do not waste your money and time here, and go somewhere will they will not talk negative about you and others during the whole process. So disappointed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Went there to get a manicure and the lady had food all in her fingers and she wanted to charge me $50 for a manicure. The place wasn’t even comfy for that price. I don’t mind paying good prices if I get good service but I was definitely not feeling it here!

Walked in for a new gel manicure but the removal process for my existing gel was awful. The technician ripped up my nails and cuticles with a very coarse file and didn’t seem to understand my requests to use a different one. The salon got a lot of traffic during the time I was there (maybe because it’s next to HEB) but given that my fingers are sore and nails are catching on clothes since they weren’t filed well, won’t be going back.

I swear I am the most picky person when it comes to my nails. I moved to the area 2 years ago and have been searching for the perfect person since! My friend, whom was also recommended by a friend, recommended me to go to VIP nails. Tee did an AMAZING job! She made sure I was 100% happy and even completed one nail to make sure I loved it before she completed the rest. I understand I am a difficult person and they did awesome. Oh and I tend to notice, now that I have used different nail techs, they seem to always bash the last person that did your nails if it wasn’t at their salon. Bizarre. Anyway- that wasn’t the case today and I liked that as well. I will be returning!

Referred to this shop by a close dear friend. Have had incredible service every time I have gone. Twee (sorry about the spelling) has the most delicate hands. I’ve been to other places that did some awful things to my feet. She treats my feet very delicately and makes sure I’m content with the pressure during the leg massage which is heaven and is always attentive and a delight to speak with.

My sisters go here often so I decided to give it a shot. The first time I went the older gentleman did my pedicure and did amazing. I went again with my little girl for a kids’ mani/pedi, pedicure and SNS for myself. The woman told me she would give me a break on the SNS for $35 (usually $40). Great. They asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure and I said sure. There was nothing deluxe about it. She was rushed, skipped steps and didn’t even smooth my feet. My nails looked terrible and a week later have already started cracking and chipping (SNS usually lasts me 3 weeks). On top of that, they charged me $35 for my daughter’s mani-pedi. When I called today to ask what they charge for a child mani pedi I was told $10. So, terrible job and over charged. I want my money back.
