On a work trip and this place is a short walk from both Hilton and Marriott. I went there for a pedicure and manicure in separate sessions. Both were beautiful and great experience! Easy to make an online reservation. Also, I don’t find many places that don’t discriminate against short nails and push adding tips, so thank you!

Great place for a basic pedicure. If you work in Downtown Norfolk it is very convenient. Its no frills but for those of us trying to do things on a lunch break it is awesome. I always do the 30 min pedicure. You just go online and set up your appointment. It is also good for those of us who wait for the last minute to schedule. They do not usually take walk ins only because they are normally booked and may only have one or two people working. The ladies there are nice and do a good job. They also offer other nail services.

I did not realize the price of a regular manicure was $30. If I’d known I would have went elsewhere or expected a 5 star manicure when every other regular manicure I’ve had was at most $15. I had Tiffani and while she was sweet she does not have the technical skills to warrant paying $30. She didn’t file my nails so they are all different shapes and have ragged edges. She put globs of paint on them and messed up a nail. There was a sharp point she never filed and after the paint wasn’t covering it up she said it was hair in the polish and she’d file it out which she never did. I would not recommend this place as quality is nowhere near the price.
