Nice inside but I went in just to get acrylics removed and it took the technician AN HOUR just to remove the freaking nails because he didn’t know how to do it properly and he kept drilling too hard on my nails which caused them to be hot and burn. He was young- Pretty sure the front desk lady gave me him because I said I just wanted to remove them and nothing else. Won’t be going back.

This is a nice salon and the lady (Helen) who did my manicure was nice…. but she did a terrible job. She seemed like she was in a hurry and she didn’t seem to care if she did a good job or not. Worst polish job I think I’ve ever gotten from a salon.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’m not going to name the technician to not embarrass her publicly. The pedicure she did was overpriced but fine. $45 for Deluxe, whereas it is $30 at my regular place, which was unfortunately closed today. They also charge you $5 for nail polish application, which is included EVERYWHERE ELSE. So it came out to $50. Ridiculous. But whatever. I’ll eat the $50.

Went with my mom the person that did hers started right away, mine came 10 min later but finished at same time. Poor Service, Old nail polish. I told front desk person that nail polish didn’t look right. And she said ok will tell Lilly.And that’s all . Nail polish never dried. Not worth $45 Pedicure

I was in need and this place was near. My first time there No one is there to establish a relationship just business. Basic pedicure must not include toe separator and of course there was a few corrections behind that which then more nail polish is applied and I walk out with lumpy toe nails. Shellac nails and the bottle was at its end you’d think shed offer another color and say something but no, she just kept on ..stretching that out. I wanted my eyebrows done but I couldn’t get directed to there most experienced personnel.. i was told there all trained.. That did not answer my question.. eyebrows and nails are two different things..

Have gone here a few times and was satisfied each time. Not the best but nothing to complain about. I went a few days ago and will not be back after this experience. I went in for a soak off and a manicure. The lady seemed very put out to be doing my nails. She didn’t smile and didn’t hardly speak to me. She didn’t get all the acrylic off, hurt me a few times, and was always looking at whoever was talking near us, not even at what she was doing (which is how she hurt me). It was such a half-a$$ed manicure, I felt like I was wrong for asking to get my nails done. The front desk lady was very nice and saved the experience at the end but I won’t be back.
