Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend. I came here today for a pedicure because my normal technician was booked. The technician did well with the massage and removing the callous on my heels. When it was time to clean up my cuticles and polish, the problems began. She asked if I wanted my toes trimmed, and I asked her not to trim my big toes – she didn’t understand me and proceeded to trim them anyways. When trimming my cuticles, she cut too much on the left big toe, so it burned the entire time. The polish job itself was not good. I always get white polish (not gel), so if you’re an experienced technician, white polish will look smooth. While I was there, I attempted to tell her that I was not happy that my 2 big toes were not even and I didn’t like how bulky the polish looked, but she could not understand me. I provided this feedback to the person at the front desk (Jason), and he remained silent and didn’t even apologize or care that I was dissatisfied with a service that I was PAYING for. Places like this have no recourse for these instances, so I certainly would not be back nor can I recommend them.

I have scabs on my cuticles. They filed and drilled my nails for over an hour because they application was done horribly. They also were irritated because I kept pointing out how bad the nails were looking and seemed to have a problem with me wanting things fixed, after paying $65. Two people worked on my hands, the person who applied the dip and the person who tried to fix them (although she didn’t want to admit they were terrible) and they were destroyed. They filed and drilled my nails for over an hour because they application was done horribly. Overpriced and poor quality. First…They charged me $10 to take off my old nails, while leaving so much product remaining the black causes much of the red to be dingy. Nail tech Nikki, was speeding through the process so fast her electric file took off my natural nail and required a tip thereafter. Most of the nails polish does not cover the tip of the nail, causing an inevitable break in the next few days. $58 plus a tip would have been better spent somewhere else. I should’ve read the reviews and not simply looked at the google photos. Presenting what they would call $70 nails…

Very clean Nail Salon with friendly staff. I have very specific requests and they always follow through. This is one of the few salons I have been to that doesn’t pressure me into cutting my real nails down to replace them with tips, so I have been able to grow my nails out successfully! My only gripe is they never give me the same price as before for the same exact design (I always get the exact same thing). The jelly pedi here is exquisite and my favorite of all of the choices. They are following Covid guidelines with social distancing and hand sanitizer. There are so many options when it comes to colors and designs, you won’t be disappointed.

I visit VIP Nail Lounge religiously every 2 weeks! They have friendly service, competitive prices and a huge selection of colors. Tiffany is the very best for any manicures including precision, nail art and acrylics. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area! It was the worst experience ever!!! First the lady doing my manicure acted like I was inconveniencing her. She didn’t her time and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Secondly the man who was doing my pedicure was way to rough. He used that square orange thing to buff your toenails. Well he buffed more than toenails, he buffed the skin clean off of my big toe and it bleed a lot. No apology no nothing. I will NEVER return to this place!!!
