I love this lash bar. So convenient and I a nice area with great service. My lash artist Kai has been servicing me for 6years now and she is so knowledgeable of product and lash styles. Her conversations and eye for detail is unmatched. This space is clean, friendly, nice and always smells amazing. I get volume sets and my lashes last a good 3 weeks before I need a fill. Amazing quality I must say.

The owner is tacky and extremely unprofessional. *Edit* The PARTIAL refund was for the deposit for services I did NOT receive due to your lack of professionalism and inability to provide the service I requested. I was on time and ready for my appointment and your business couldn’t deliver so it’s my fault?? If you have policies in place, maybe you should adhere to those policies as well. I was asked to push my appointment time back in order to accommodate your employees lack of time management, to which I could not do because I had previous obligations. How does that make me disrespectful? Now if I would’ve come in 30 mins late… would you be so quick to accommodate me? I seriously doubt it. I truly wish I could leave zero stars because the owners attitude is absolute trash and I will be reporting this business to the BBB. Anyone looking for a lash tech needs to keep looking and find somewhere else to patronize because this business won’t be around long if they keep operating in this way.

I went in yesterday evening for a set of hybrid lashes. Immediately leaving I had some fall out but it isn’t uncommon for a new set to have some fall out. However, they have fallen out like crazy all day and in clusters too. They already look a week old when it has barely been 24 hours… my lash tech was very nice and I enjoyed our convos but she was distracted on her phone and it took over 3 hours, especially for it to just fall out. I’m really upset because I paid $145 for it to last less than a day

My girl Kaleah did an AMAZING job on my lashes!! This was my first time at VIP Lash Bar, and it was so cute on the inside, very clean, and the other women that work there were so nice as well. I’ll definitely be back!
