Critical: QualityGel nails started chipping within 13 hours, chipped worse than normal nail polish would have, and came completely off within a week. A non-reliable nail service if you want them done for any important events. Photo is of my nails taken 5 days after they were done.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMade an appointment for 3:15 pm on a Thursday. Sat there til 3:40. Someone pointed to where I should sit. Ignored for another 20 minutes. Manicurist barely spoke to me. She applied the polish too thick and within 90 minutes, e nails were messed up. Don’t go here!!Service: Manicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had my nails done on New Years Eve. I had an appointment for 10:30 and arrived a minute late, but people walking in a few minutes after were able to go first even thought I scheduled an appointment. They were very rushed and did a poor job on my nails. The laziness surprises more and more each time I decide to go back here. I have scabs and cuts under and around my nails from the nail tech being in a rush to try and finish my nails. He didn’t even get all the polish off of my nails from last time and decided to leave it and let it show on my nails. My nails were not smoothed out properly and already have nicks, dents, and bubbles in the polish from the rush of trying to get them done as soon as possible. Not to mention, I asked for a simple design that my sister got previously (it is literally a sticker that you just put on the nails and put a clear top coat over) and due to the laziness and trying to get done in such a rush, they claimed they didn’t have it when they clearly did and it was a simple design. Quite honestly, if you want to get your nails done properly and extremely well done, go down the road to MT Nail Salon because they are ten times better than this place. Not to mention they didn’t follow Covid rules as they let a woman in with her child who both were not wearing masks but were still allowed to have their nails done and endanger the lives of people in the store at the time. I had my nails done on New Years Eve. I had an appointment for 10:30 and arrived a minute late, but people walking in a few minutes after were able to go first even thought I scheduled an appointment.
