Positive: QualityMy husband and I had a Couples Massage. Nina was my masseuse and Sally was my husband’s. Those ladies were petite but extremely strong. The (Asian) language barrier was evident but it didn’t create a negative experience.This was our first experience with a mini spa. We were a little skeptical when we entered but we weren’t disappointed. While the ambiance isn’t on the level of some exclusive spas I’ve been to, the facility was clean and the ladies were pleasant. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI love this spa. It’s very clean and the ladies are always friendly and professional. My last visit I had Cici, she can really work the knots out. I didnt even have to tell her where I was having issues, she found them on her own, and between using acupressure and strong hands she had me feeling great. I love this spa. It’s very clean and the ladies are always friendly and professional. My last visit I had Cici, she can really work the knots out. I didnt even have to tell her where I was having issues, she found them on her own, and between using acupressure and strong hands she had me feeling great. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWe made an appointment for a couples massage but after arriving and undressing in our area she told us it’s only her and she massaged us one at a time for a half hour. Not a couples massage but then the phone kept ringing loudly and she left the room 3 different times to answer it!! Just not professional..

Positive: CommunicationWas there for a massage a few months ago. She did a great job, I was surprised at how strong she was for a small lady. She even flexed her rock-hard muscles for me a little. I will be back!
