I love this place so much. Nancy is amazing and so great with the strongest hands. I had Kevin today and I cannot say enough how amazing he was! I’ve had an extremely sore and tight back/shoulders lately and he worked specifically on that area for quite a while when I told him that was where I needed it. His foot rubs almost put me to sleep, probably the best foot rub I’ve ever had. Very impressed wi the him. I drove here from Redlands because it’s that worth it to me. Highly recommend!

I came here with my boyfriend two days ago because i was in need of a massage due to falling on my back two weeks ago. I searched up massage places and seen this place had good reviews so i figured why not. I was confused at first because they instantly massaged us fully clothed, then did our feet first which was very painful and harsh then told us to change so they clearly have a different routine which is fine. That wasn’t my issue, my issue was, I expressed that I had pain in my lower back and showed where, the lady who massaged me was so rough and continuously was doing the same pattern digging her knuckles into my back up & down forcefully I expressed to her that it hurt so she stopped but would do the same massage routine for so long as if she was trying to kill time. It wasn’t genuine it wasn’t good it was painful. I definitely understand getting knots out the back. I heard the other lady ask my boyfriend medium or hard but the lady never asked me when i told her i was already in pain. Right before we were done after she put hot rocks on my back she went and did the same massage digging her knuckles into my back when I had already said that hurt. When my boyfriend went to pay I asked for a 10 back from $20 & the lady completely ignored that & said “10 for each okay thank you”. Like lady you heard what I said, I didn’t say anything cause money is never an issue for us we tip very good for business’s we’re satisfied with. Long story short it’s two days later and my spine is literally bruised inside I cater during the day and work at night as a dancer & hadn’t been back for two weeks. I went back last night and literally been in more pain before I came here. I feel a sharp pain everytime i move my right arm up or put any force on my back, had i known this was going to make me feel worse I would’ve never came here.

I have been going here for 5-6 times. The massage is good, place is clean, that’s why I have been going back. As today, I went and got 90 minutes massage. This guy named Kevin, had no shame and asked me for more tip. He asked $10 per 30 minutes massage after $70 for 90 minutes massage. Originally I agreed 60 minutes and in the middle of massage, he asked me to add 30 more minutes for $20 extra. I don’t know what is going on here and had never happened before but surely they lost one customer. I am not going back! Asking for more tip is so rude!

I had a similar experience with tip. There may be a misunderstanding or a loss of translation. One hour massage $45. I gave him 60 because I jad no change and he said $ 15 dollars tip ok. I was like no. I would like all of my changr back and I will decide how much tip I will give you. I may have tipped the whole 15 but I still want it to be my choice. Not some extra charge. I left him 10. It is still more than 20% and sufficient. I have noy been back since. Its too bad because henreally did do a great job.

I really like this place, the owner is really nice to all the customers. I was feeling terrible today and want to try a new massage place and this place did not let me down at all. The full body massage session is at a reasonable length. I talked to the owner the entier time and she is very friendly and nice. I felt a lot better after visiting them. This is a great place to release stress. Twenty out of ten, would go again for sure.

But after hearing how my girlfriend describe what an amazing experience massage is, I decided to go with her to give this place a try. This place did not disappoint me at all. All my sore muscles feel a lot better after the session. The covid precautions that they took are also very adequate. I’m kind of disappointment, A woman name Nancy is hard to communicate with her.She charge me 10 dls tip for service like 30% for service , she didn’t accept less than that. She imposed. Not coming back . minus 1star bad customer service. Poor quality.
