Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in as a walk in. There was no one in the front. Everyone was in the back playing pool. They saw me walk in and waved but did not greet me as a customer. i stood there waiting and eventually one person came out. He said to sit down on a seat that had equipment on it and was not cleaned. He said to just move it. He realized I was not going to do it and he did it himself. I sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to come out to give me a haircut. I looked around and saw that the shop was not clean. It had hair everywhere. If there were no customers, an employee should be proactive enough to clean up and sweep to make it look presentable.
