2 stars because sometimes my nails come out nice. This salon is mediocre. With mediocre work. This particular time… my nails look terrible, heart terrible, cuticles terrible. I got my toes done with gel today and come to find out it wasn’t fully cured under the lamp. Went out was wear sneakers all day and got back home to see this my nails chipped off not even 24 hrs after I got them done $40 down the drain. Never been so disappointed from a nail experience like this in my life. Pedicure

I will ONLY be serviced by the men here! I absolutely detest the attitudes and the way the female operators speak to customers. Far too often, I’ve witnessed and even experienced twice the sudden case of “I no speak english” when you attempt to explain what or how you want your nails done.

I would definitely suggest making an appointment here vs coming as a walk-in, the technicians here are usually all pretty busy. Everyone is very polite and the salon is kept clean. Don is amazing & does incredible work! Been going to him for about 3 years.

I would’ve given this place NO STARS if possible. They don’t take appointments so my friend and I were there for almost 4 hours (got there at 5pm and didn’t leave until 8:45pm). Pedicure was mediocre at best (toes were painted poorly and they didn’t want to fix/redo). They didn’t soak my nails while I got my pedicure; so that was more time wasted. Waited for Tee (because the reviews said she was really good) to do my sns and was BEYOND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My nails were super lumpy, the glitter was too thick on some parts of my nails while other parts had almost none, my cuticles were a mess, my nails were barely buffed, and put too many coats of gel polish (used as a top coat) on my nails which made them super thick. You’re not supposed to use gel polish with sns anyway. Lastly, they have a lot of colors but limited for sns; they told me they had the glitter color to match my toes but after they did my nails they couldn’t find it so they used a different one. I was so unhappy with my nails that I called the next day to see if they would fix/redo them; they refused and gave me a partial refund. So I had to go to my old nails place and REDO EVERYTHING (nails and pedicure). I will NEVER go back there again; it was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!

The nail techs are nice, but the last time I was there, they basically disregarded what I asked for. First the asked what was on my nails, when i said dip powder, she pulled out some cuticle nippers and a plastic tip and began clipping at the edge and flicking the rest of the nail off with the tip. They’re supposed to soak off the dip powder and this way was damaging my natural nails. Then I wanted a dip powder manicure again, and I guess they couldn’t find the rest of the products in the system, because my tech kept using gel products and dipping them in the powder. I guess she expected me not to know any better. The manicure didn’t last or handle as well as a dip manicure usually would, and I got separation, bubbles, and staining within days of getting my nails done. It’s been 2 weeks now, and usually my dip manicure would still be basically pristine, if a bit grown out.
