My experience was nothing, but amazing. From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged, greeted and attended. Hair wash was incredible (questioned my preferred water temp) massaged my scalp while conditioning I was extremely relaxed. I do not remember this young lady’s name, but she continued to do an amazing job with straight blow drying my hair and flat ironing it.Eisener and Johanna worked together to give my hair the perfect square one length cut. I couldn’t have felt more beautiful my hair really needed the change.
