My experience here was great! I had Brian and he was exceptional. He informed me of the false advertisement of gel and acrylic and that all I needed was a fill next time not a new set! Very pleasant to talk to and gentle! The mail sanding was always an issue at other places for me where they would sand too much and my mail bed would hurt and get hit. Loved this place and its prices! Thank you brain and thank you voila!

This place was amazing! Jackie was awesome. Got pedi package 2 (heel repair). Love the new way of picking polish color. Loved my experience. Would recommend this place to everyone! The atmosphere was very tranquil and the lighting ambient. Will definitely be back.

I got this gel mani 2 days prior. The polish changed color, it’s very clear that the quality of polish they use is cheap. It’s unfortunate because it never used to be like this, but my thought is that they have lowered the quality of their products so that they could increase profit to open this new business. Not to mention, my cuticles somehow look worse than before. I went in today to try and get a refund because I didn’t have time for them to redo it and the owner flat out said no refund and then accused me of trying to get a free manicure out of the situation. I actually asked him to remove the gel and give me a refund because they are that bad. He proceeded to tell me he would only give me a gift certificate but only for half of the price of the original service. These nails are actually embarrassing to be walking around with. It’s very clear that I wasn’t trying to scam them. I paid for a service that I didn’t get and I wanted them to make it right, as they should have as “upstanding business owners.” It’s unfortunate that they’ve now lost several customers over this.

Genuinely the nicest looking nail place in the entire area. They’re right for putting “lounge” in their name. It has beautiful tiling, clean white detailing, and a relaxing, dimly lit room for pedicures. My nails came out great (actually great. Not like when the square tip red mani aunties say great. They’re always shaped evenly and smoothly, cuticles are clean, etc.) Highly recommend even if it’s for the lush gal feeling of being in that atmosphere.

I already posted about my terrible experience here the first time, when I paid almost 100$ for a pedicure and was left with bloody, cut up feet and then it started to chip off 2 days later. Decided to give it another try. Showed up at 5:10 pm only to be told they are closing for the day. Everywhere posted as 7pm closing time. Don’t waste your time and money. There are better and more reliable places in the area.
