Starting going to VIO since February 2021. Have always enjoyed my services, was disappointed to see Casey is no longer at VIO. She was great and always enjoyable. My last facial with Laura was great as well, she took time to think about what was best for my skin! Not sure if there has been staff turn over but the new receptionist has a bit to be desired, lacking in people skills. Miss being greeted by the friendly receptionists that used to be there.

Went in for a consultation and was greeted with the most friendly and informative staff. They made me feel totally welcome and comfortable. The aesthetician I met with was Linda who blew me away with her knowledge on all things skin care. You can tell she loves what she does, and her work experience is further proof of that. She listened closely and provided insight on what treatments and products would be best for my skin needs. I ended up spending an hour there and left feeling like i was part of their VIO family. Looking forward to heading back for my upcoming facial!

I went to many place at got looked up and down like I didn’t belong. Also as if I couldn’t pay for services. I gave them all bad review because we are humans at the end of the day. We need to respect each other. My name is Maddy. I love VIO med if I can give them 10 stars I would. They are sooooooo professional. They let you know what your skin needs. I had the most wonderful experience at V/O Med Spa this Fall. I received a gift card from my daughter and enjoyed the experience so much, I signed up to return every month to have the dermaplaning & facial monthly. Linda Babigian provided the most relaxing environment. She explained what she was doing, gave me a beautiful treatment and I came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I look forward to my monthly treatments, knowing I am finally attending to self care and getting a wonderful experience and outcome. The staff is friendly, helpful and very kind. I am also taking a little break due to upcoming medical treatments and they are very accommodating to work with me and my schedule and pause my monthly charges.
