Went to the salon to get highlights with blonde and caramel and my hair didn’t turn out like the picture I showed the stylist so I contacted the salon and and they gave my number to the stylist that did my hair she told me to wash my hair twice with shampoo I guess she was thinking it would fix it but it didn’t . So I contacted the stylist sent pics and told her there was no difference in my hair well the stylist asked if I could come in today and I said yes all she did was shampoo my hair I guess thinking it would lighten the dark toner she put in my hair well it didn’t work and I told the stylist once again that there is no difference in the color of my hair . She wasn’t willing to fix it I asked for my money back she said well I will give you half I said no I want all my money back and the stylist is like seriously I said yes I got my money and left . I will not return to this salon for any services very unprofessional and very rude when I asked for my money back .

Took me in even though it was almost closing time and no other customers. She asked “Do you NEED a haircut?” And I turned and showed her the back of my head and asked her, “Do I need a haircut?” And she opened the door. I got a great looking haircut and some good conversation from a person that CARES about the way I LOOK and takes pride in their work.

Debbie did a fantastic job on my hair. I tend to get the worst luck and either aren’t offered a shampoo or the shampoo is just…meh. But Debbie has magic hands and did a fabulous wash of my hair. I knew from that point that she was going to be my go to for all of my hair needs and for my family. Can’t wait till my next apt!
