Her attention to detail and making sure that everything is perfect before I leave makes me confident that I have a stylist for life. The options she lays out when I don’t know what exactly I want or need is spectacular. I have never left her feeling more beautiful. You will not find a more professional and detailed hair artist And bonus is that I also get my waxing done at the same time so I save time.She also cuts my daughter, grandson, nieces and nephews hair so if there is any question of her superiority of quality in every service she performs, rest assured there should not be. I have been seeing Mandy for 5 years. Never would I dream of going anywhere else. Her attention to detail and making sure that everything is perfect before I leave makes me confident that I have a stylist for life. The options she lays out when I don’t know what exactly I want or need is spectacular. I have never left her feeling more beautiful. You will not find a more professional and detailed hair artist And bonus is that I also get my waxing done at the same time so I save time.

Critical: QualityMandy bunch was absolutely awful yesterday. Not only did she refused to listen to her client and what I wanted but when she was corrected because the color was not right she snapped on me. Which was absolutely unprofessional. I did demand a refund and told her that a complaint will be filed. Also one of the employees was not wearing their mask full time like they should have been that’s very unsanitary considering the fact of the guidelines needed to be followed. I do believe from what I had seen one of the employees was not sanitizing their station after washing hair which is absolutely disgusting with covid-19. My haircut is uneven and the tips are fried. I’ve grown my hair out for about 2 years now to complete the length that I wanted and she’s completely through all of that out of the window. she has blocked all accesses so I can’t contact her supervisor and or whoever might be in control at that property. so her gossip about her employees is outrageous. Nobody wants to hear about people’s work drama when they’re trying to complete their hair in a peaceful environment, in which we thought was supposed to be a peaceful environment. Mandy bunch was absolutely awful yesterday. Not only did she refused to listen to her client and what I wanted but when she was corrected because the color was not right she snapped on me. Which was absolutely unprofessional. I did demand a refund and told her that a complaint will be filed.
