LeeAnn did an incredible job with my brazilian blow out. I have gotten keratin treatments for year with another stylist but was never completely satisfied with the aftermath. I called the day before with some questions and LeeAnn answered everything in detail. Took me in the next day & it was awesome! She took her time explaining the process and how the after care works. I will definitey be coming back for more!!!

I went to Leann due to all the great reviews. I wanted to get a bayalage and when she did my hair I was there 6 hours and she helped multiple people at once and I didnt feel like her attention was on me, but I let it be since she was busy. 6 Hours later, my hair was yellow and brassy not blonde at all. She styled it and said it will turn out ok and I left. Days later, I looked in the mirror and it was so spotty and I wanted to cry. Called her to fix it which she did, hours later trying to blonde all of my hair now, no more options to bayalage because she said thats how it would look, she finally just bleached all of my hair and completely damaged my hair. Its still blotchy and brassy. I am on the search for a color correction stylist, my hair is falling out completely. Update to your response- i went to consult with a expert and she told me you never should of added bleach so soon on the 2nd round. My hair was not virgin hair as you can see i have platinum blonde highlights for 20 years. I have had all my hair fall out and i have dyed my hair brown since . My hair was beautiful before you ruined it. You didn’t know how my hair would react but in those cases you should not accept the client. My hair currently is in pieces and fell out for months.
