Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place was by far AMAZING! Other places would rush and hurt me on the way. Both during pedicure and while doing a new set of nails. But, this place took their time constantly asked if I was okay when they knew a specific procedure would hurt. Not only that but they made sure you felt comfortable during the pedicure. I love the fact that they also were very social. Overall the whole setting was very welcoming and comfortable and just amazing !Not just that but I love the work they did on my nails ! I’m just so in love with them so I highly recommend this place! This place was by far AMAZING! Other places would rush and hurt me on the way. Both during pedicure and while doing a new set of nails. But, this place took their time constantly asked if I was okay when they knew a specific procedure would hurt. Not only that but they made sure you felt comfortable during the pedicure. Critical: Quality, ValueI’m not one to typically leave bad reviews for businesses but this salon used to be my go to salon. Today i went to get a refill for my dip powder (i have gotten it done before) and was told they couldn’t do refill. The lady who assisted me, soaked off the color i had on. When she was using the electronic filler there was cotton balls and acetone still stuck on my skin on most fingers. she cut off the tip that i had on and tried to shape my nails, all were different lengths and some still had the tip on. After getting the dip done, my skin was stuck to the super glue under most of my nails, and i still had chunks of my old color on my skin. some corners of a few nails are not painted.Do not recommend coming here. Today i went to get a refill for my dip powder (i have gotten it done before) and was told they couldn’t do refill. The lady who assisted me, soaked off the color i had on. I am a Shellc girl, but now I love going back to her for the ombre. I have been a customer at this place since they opened years ago and have seen the management changes. Lucky, they continue to improve and keep the place extremely clean. Helen does an amazing job with the pedicures. She has a strong hand for a good foot massage.
