OMG! JUST WOW! Kaitlyn at Vintage Mirror is the BEST stylist I have came across in a REALLY long time. I have three girls and they are all very picky when it comes to their hair. My middle child has wanted colored tips forever and we have tried a couple times. One stylist from Farmington tried to color her tips and it came out literally two days later. But Kaitlyn did it 6/30/2022 and it still looks like the day she got it! She was so good with my daughter and made her comfortable and made sure she showed her every step. Needless to say SHE LOVES IT! She says she feels so beautiful and that is what so very important to me. I 100% recommend Kaitlyn for any hair related fun! We also got my daughters hair cut there with her prior to the hair dye and she did awesome with that as well.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI am basing this on customer service. I made the appointment last week for today at 9am. I showed up and stood at door for twenty minutes. Veronica had called at 813 and i had my ringer off for the new baby in our house. She said she texted but I didn’t recurve any texts. Her message asked if I still wanted the appointment. Maybe she could’ve checked the day before. When I reached her at 915 she told me she was at the DMV and the lines were long. Obviously, she had no intent to do my hair. She could’ve just canceled my appointment instead of letting me drive over there after being up through the night with a small baby.
