Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCompletely ruined my mothers hair. Renee is extremely unprofessional, rude, and has a terrible attitude. My mother went in to get a Brazilian blowout and a trim. Mymother went back into Vintage hair studio to explain to the manager Lauren how the stylist ruined her hair and wanted her money back. My mother is upset and crying. Lauren was very professional about this and took care of the matter. Renee tried to fight my mother and was threatening her saying she would “beat her ass”. Renee was very very rude and did a terrible job. Renee was screaming at my mother in front of the customers, Cursing at my mother, which was totally un called for. Mrs. Amy TRANSFORMED my hair. Over quarantine I made the mistake of dying the bottom half of my hair blue and could not get it out, right as I found out I had a modeling job in a couple of weeks. I went to Mrs. Amy and not only did she get it out, she color matched my original hair color and made me look good as new. It was a learning experience for me as she explained the consequences and possible concerns that come with using box dye. Which I appreciated rather than being reprimanded for the mistake of choosing to dye my hair myself. She is very personable, and so is the receptionist I spoke with on my visit, Rhiannon. She was the one who initially helped me get my consultation and my actual appointment dates as quick as possible under the little time constraint I had. I got so lucky! I will definitely be returning!

UPDATE: The owner apologized and informed me my stylist is no longer there. She also offered me a new appointment at no charge. Kudos to her. It sounds like a great salon after all with a high level of integrity.

Melissa was amazing!!! I came in lamenting about my loss of self, feeling outdated and frumpy lol. Not only did she make me feel understood, but she also made me feel at ease about my service. She knew exactly what I needed and executed it perfectly! Love her personality and skill-set and everyone loved my cut! I felt alive and youthful again! My visit was nearly 4 months ago, but I am leaving a review now since I’m planning on coming in soon to see her just for a maintenance trim. Thanks again girl, I’ll be back soon!

I’ve been seeing Amy for years now and I love her! I don’t get in as often as I’d like but when I do finally get to see her, she does an amazing job with my hair! She’s easy to talk to and she knows what she’s doing. The only drawback is it takes a while to get an appointment with her and I don’t know what my schedule will look like that far out. I also really wish they were open on Monday’s. But a great hairstyle is alsays worth the wait!!

This place does NOT do keratin treatment, they do a Brazilian keratin blowout which is not the same as a keratin treatment. I came here because the receptionist I spoke to said they did keratin treatment. After being explained that it was not the same but the results would be, I stayed. My appointment was at 11 at 1:15, I was no where near done. I’ve had keratin treatment with blowout done in 2 hours. If you have the time to spend and want a Brazilian treatment this place is for you. If you want keratin, where your roots are straight, do not go here. They do not do it. And 300 dollars later, I didn’t even get my haircut.
