I came to Zoie with a big color change. I went from blonde/brown hair color to a striking red! This was my first time doing a drastic change and she absolutely rocked it! Unfortunately did not have a happy experience with stylist zoie here, i came in for a balayage .. touch up brown roots and lighten my blonde. Well after she rinsed me and dried I noticed my blonde was way darker then when I came, uneven hair cut and my roots were lighter then the rest of my color, and brown spots on my blonde where she was sloppy applying color, she had to go over my blonde hair again with a 2nd round of bleach to remove spots I tried to be understanding but her attitude with the entire situation made it more upsetting… I wouldn’t of wrote this review if she wasn’t so rude about it. Would not recommend her for hair
