Despite me making an appointment, my mom and I still waited well over thirty minutes. This actually did not affect my opinion on the place but though I should share. So I enjoyed my pedicure quite a bit, however when it came to the manicure I was quite disappointed. The lady who was doing my nails was a very nice however I told her to keep my length and instead she whipped out a nail clipper. By the time I noticed she had already clipped and I didn’t want to have uneven nails. Also I mentioned I wanted a squoval shape but instead rounded it out giving me an oval shape. I have never had long nails and was excited to get a gel manicure on my long nails and instead came out with short nails. Additionally some of my nails are a bit shorter than the others after filing. Please if a client says something remember and follow it

Critical: ProfessionalismI use to take my mom to Johann but everytime we go she makes us wait so she can take care of the other clients, very unprofessional, she takes clients in between while she works on you. On top of that today we went on-time to our appointment and she refuses to take us saying her schedule is messed up, Ridiculous!!! Their powder for the acrylics is old, not many selections on their nail polishes and I had my nails done less than 2 weeks the nail color cracked and two of my nails broke super disappointed. I made an appointment I had to wait I’ll never go there again. I don’t recommend this place!

The manicures are efficient here and last a while. They use a decent quality product. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait, even with an appointment, but they do try to keep the flow going. They dont rush through the existing customers though. They strive to give each client the full treatment.

This is my favorite nail Salon! I will never go anywhere else. Michelle and Joann are the best. I always suggest making an appointment, if you don’t they always find a way to fit you in if they can. Everyone here is really nice and the service is awesome. I never feel rushed, like other places I’ve tried.
