Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made a 10am appointment and it soon became clear there was a scheduling mishap when there were two technicians and three customers. They even confirmed my name and 10am appointment. I sat with the acetone on my nails for 35 minutes without being helped, my skin was burning and I removed the foil and gloves and went over to the technician and told her I was leaving, “ok” was her response. I then asked what the point of the appointment was and she said she was “almost done” (meanwhile she had only done one coat of polish on two of the customer’s nails she was helping, which is decidedly not “almost done”)and I have no intention of a manicure taking two hours. I told her I was not going to wait unless she would compensate me for my time, aka give me a gift card or something, she just shrugged and said “sorry,” so I left. I am beyond disappointed with this business, they clearly do not value customer’s time. My nails look horrible. I was a loyal customer prior to this but I really don’t know how they can salvage my experience. I made a 10am appointment and it soon became clear there was a scheduling mishap when there were two technicians and three customers. They even confirmed my name and 10am appointment. Critical: ProfessionalismI was there several times since this was closer to home for pedicures, always it was an okay experience, I usually enjoy a short massage at any other place, these guys always hurry and finish it up and so so on nail paint but always choose this place for convenience and on one occasion went without an appointment and I was asked to wait and no one bothered to even comeback, I understand they were busy, but just can’t ignore a customer waiting at the counter. I was there several times since this was closer to home for pedicures, always it was an okay experience, I usually enjoy a short massage at any other place, these guys always hurry and finish it up and so so on nail paint but always choose this place for convenience and on one occasion went without an appointment and I was asked to wait and no one bothered to even comeback, I understand they were busy, but just can’t ignore a customer waiting at the counter. I will not return, and don’t mind traveling little further for a better service.

Critical: QualitySince spring of this year I have gone 3 times for a pedicure. Out of the 3 times only once was what I would consider a good job. They raised the prices for services, but the quality is just not there. There should be no inconsistency.Service: Pedicure
