Janice is a very nice person. So welcoming when I enter the door always with a warm smile and a nice greeting. Without anything being said immediately she start getting the water hot for me. She knows I want hot water on my feet. Janice always puts a nice design on both my big toes. I love the way she massages my feet. It so nice she puts me to sleep. The salon is always clean. Janice is a professional and always wants to please her customers.

I have gone here for a few years and always had acceptable services. However today I have gotten the worst gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. I paid 80$ for the service and didn’t get any of the good parts of the pedicure for example no scrub on my legs or feet. She painted my toes and the gel top coat didn’t stick to the color. She fixed it once and it did the same thing but she did not fix it again. She left me with a patchy pedicure. Then For my manicure she didn’t clean under my nails and she left nail glue all over my nails. She did the worst file and left me with hang nails. My cuticles hurt. She didn’t polish my entire nail but managed to get color on my skin. And the polish is so thick my nails look like bubbles. I am very disappointed because I love this place but for 80$ this is absolutely unacceptable.

my friend and i went here for gel manicures for valentine’s day, they did a really good job of shaping but the polish and the overall look of it is just very off putting. half the tools and machines they used looked very old and not cleaned for a long time. not cleanly and used weird products such as a powder on the knick on my right thumb- had no idea what it was but i’m hoping it doesn’t cause infection? The heart designs are cute and well done and i know my natural nail shape isn’t the greatest so i took that into account, but the polish itself is just on my finger and on half my nail and bumpy etc. Cute from far away, but poorly done

I thought that I was getting the gel nails but found out that it’s acrylic nails with a gel hardner on top & I have natural nails…the lady that does my feet is awesome, she does a awesome job…Jenny does a awesome job when she’s not rushing…& this time she didn’t take time on my nails, I had 2 shape & file my nails 2 the way that I like them 2 look & 4 the amount of monies & tip that I pay I shouldn’t have 2. When u pay over a $100’s & not completely satisfied not good & this was the 1st time that Jenny didn’t satisfied me n over 27yrs of visiting the shoppe throughout the yrs. Overall the shoppe is always clean & smells good & the music is always on point 2. I know that Jenny will get me right the next time. I want gel only on my nails not no acrylic powders.
