I went for my first appointment and it took WAY too long. I was there for over 3 hours for just a pedicure, but I knew she was new and wanted to support her so I make another appointment. Waited over a week to get in, went to my appointment and she had taken someone else. Couldn’t do my appointment. I was VERY angry! This was for a special occasion and I was up against a deadline. I couldn’t come back in another week. I will NEVER go back and would discourage anyone else with a life to give this place a wide berth.
