Absolutely the place you should go to get a haircut. So glad to have found my new favorite salon!! I really felt like my needs and ideas were listened to and definitely got exactly the haircut I wanted and more! Incredibly affordable for the quality and comfort. I can’t wait to tell all my friends about Vine too! Haircut, Hairstyling

If you’re searching for a welcoming, inclusive salon, look no further! I have been going to Lacy for 2 years and she always does a great job. In addition to her wonderful services, you will never feel like a stranger in her chair. She is extremely personable and very reasonably priced. Definitely give Vine a try if you’re in the market for a new hair home!

Really cool vibe. Felt super comfortable getting my hair done here. Real connection. No judgement. Overall a very fun and good experience. Lacy also did a great job cutting my hair ❤️ Haircut

The cut looks great and the wash and neck massage were amazing, so I might be back for that. I would not come back for a dye. I came in to get a lighter hair color and my hair had finally faded enough to go back the direction of blonde. I even sent pictures in advance and showed the pictures before we started of what I wanted. And I ended up leaving with the darkest red I’ve ever gotten. Definitely not what I wanted. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to try and lighten it up.

Lacy was fantastic, they are the first person who has took the time to cut my hair that was best for my hair type. I went to work confident with healthy beautiful hair.

I’ve gone to Vine multiple times and I always recommend it to people asking about hair salons. I initially went because it seemed like a safe option to go to as a trans man who was pre-T at the time. Great environment, very relaxed, and they always do a great job. Hair coloring, Haircut

Disappointing. Tried to book and showed up the first time to a closed salon. Apparently their online booking system is broken, fair enough, I rebooked. The second time she cancelled two hours beforehand because she was tired. The third time she cancelled two hours before my appointment again, because her stomach hurt. I understand things come up but the last minute cancellations three times in a week is frankly just unprofessional. If you have things going on and can’t take on a new client, be upfront or have another stylist take over but don’t waste my time.

Very disappointed in my experience with this salon. I never actually got my hair cut here because Lacy rescheduled my first appointed and then overslept for my second and third appointments- when I was already at the salon and waiting. I am new to town and was looking for a hairdresser. Vine had a lot of great reviews and I only needed a trim as I am growing out my hair. I was excited to find an LGBTQIA+ friendly place. Lacy had an open schedule (probably a bad sign in hindsight) and I scheduled for a Tuesday afternoon. 30 minutes before my appointment she texted me to let me know she looked at the appointment time wrong and thought my appointment was later and asked if I could come later that day. It wasn’t a big time difference so I didn’t find it to be a big deal, but unfortunately I had to work after my appointment and didn’t want to risk being late, so she choose Saturday at noon to reschedule. I had no qualms with the situation and we rescheduled for Saturday. On Saturday at 11:45 (15 minutes before my appointment) I got a text from Lacy. I was already on the way and didn’t check my phone until I was done driving and at the salon. She told me she overslept and asked if I could come the next day at 1:00. At this point I texted some friends and asked if I should bother going back. Everyone told me no, since she is obviously unreliable and I don’t want to go through this the next time I need a haircut with her. Foolishly, I gave her the benefit of the doubt since I had the next day off from work anyway. I thought surely she wouldn’t cancel on me a third time. Haha… At 11:30 on Sunday, she texted me to let me know she was running behind because of getting food at a food truck that morning. I though it was odd she was going to be late when the appointment still wasn’t for over an hour, but I assumed it was because she had another client before me so that must have gotten pushed back into my appointment. I figured at least I knew she was going to do my hair today. Nope. I drove to the salon at the new time of 1:15. No one was there. I called Lacy. No answer. She called me back shortly after and said she had overslept.. again. So apparently she pushed back my appointment 15 minutes so she could go take a nap when she barley had an hour until my original appointment time? Sounds suspicious. I told her not to worry about it. She sent me a text offering to cut my hair at 6:30 pm that day for free as an apology. At that point I didn’t want anything to do with her. I wouldn’t trust she would show up for that appointment either and I’d rather spend my energy looking for a hairdresser that values time for my future appointments. After this experience I read another review that seemed to have a similar problem with Lacy. Very odd.
