Very disappointed with my visit. I went in to fix the brassy tones in my hair, and asked for a darker blonde root fading out. When the hairdresser was done my hair was a dark brown in the root (when i specifically said i didnt want a brown root). I paid and got out as soon as i could. I gave her a $20 tip thinking that she would fix it. Later that day, I called back and told the hairdresser how much i hated it, and she later said she could lighten it up and fix it. A week later, I went back to the salon so the Hairdresser could fix her mistake. When I was done it looked somewhat better. I was about to leave, thinking that I would not have to pay because the hairdresser made the mistake with my hair. Sure enough the woman charged me an outrage amount of money for something she barely fixed! So so disappointed with my experience and I would never step foot in their again!
