Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment for my two sons to have their haircut before school.When I walked in I was told they were not on the books and was pretty much brushed off as if it were no big deal. Very friendly and helpful, got alot of compliments right away and saw several people I hadn’t seen for a long time. Would strongly recommend it. Does not feel any obligation to keep to their listed hours, was turned away at 3:15 when listed closing time was seven PM. Only one staffer was present, said she was closing at four, and tried to get me to come back tomorrow. Problem was that I need a shave and haircut now; not bringing my custom here again.
