I am absolutely THRILLED with the color/cut I received by my sylist Toni at Vincent salon. It was my first time going to this salon so I was a bit nervous, but they exceeded my expectations. Vincent is full of professional, experienced stylists and technicians. You can’t go wrong with any of the hair stylists, and the product selection is awesome! Not to mention, the space is gorgeous, clean, and upscale, and the owner, Chelsea, does a lot to give back to the community. Definitely the best salon in Eagan, and a great value!
