Absolutely loved getting my nails done here!! It was a fabulous experience, offered complimentary drinks including wine. I didn’t know what kind of color I wanted but I did want a light/creamy polish, told Katie this, and she brought me this color. I also wanted sparkles and she was so accommodating and tested it on my nails to make sure I liked it. I did gel so they would last and I’m in love. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new favorite mani/pedi place!

My wife bought a gift certificate for me from Vince Nail Salon (with no expiration date) within last year. Recently, I tried to use it but was told that they would not accept it since it was purchased from prior owner of the salon. The new owners said would only honor their new certificates and they have 6 mo. expiration date. Typically, most businesses honor the expense liabilities of prior owners since they bought all the business assets and kept the same business name. In addition, the new owners were quite rude and abrupt in their response. My wife, who has used the salon many times refuses to go there again due to poor customer service and attitude.

First time here today and I’ve never been more impressed. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. The level of service is above and beyond. Jason is fantastic and wonderful to chat with. Plus the attention to detail is something I greatly appreciate. When I’ve gotten dip done at other places, it always looks bulky to me, but Lee did a fantastic job and really looked/trimmed my nails from every angle! 10/10 will be recommending and returning over and over. I got my nails done here a week ago by Katie. I was pretty impressed! Not only was she super nice and friendly but I LOVE my nails which is something i don’t say too often. There’s always that one little thing that’s just not perfect but I can’t say that this time. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again soon!

Critical: Qualitysadly I should have Trusted the reviews but being said it had new ownership I wanted to give them a try. my mistake. hasnt even been 2 weeks my nails look a month old! 3 have not broken but popped off! like glue on nails! the nail was never even at my cuticles they are all different shapes different Curves and lengths. every picture I showed the nail tech he said it was to advanced when really he is just lazy. I visited this nail salon today for the first time and had a great experience. The salon was very clean and the entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I did not feel rushed at all. Mae did a great job on my pedicure. The massage and polish were both wonderful. I even messed up two of my toes afterwards and she was so kind and understanding about having to fix them. This is definitely my new go-to place!
