Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueUnderstaffed, then forgot about me. They did not think anyone there at the time was bilingual, as she stated, and began talking about their other customers. I made a point to learn Mandarin for this reason. I’m not able to speak it but I understand clearly, so I just listened. This lady did NOT give me a manicure. She just soaked my nails and changed the color sloppily. No cuticle maintenance, no oil, nothing. Asked me to pay in advance. I even gave her a great tip in hopes that she would take her time and do right by me. A 35% tip! You know how she thanked me, by calling me a freak of nature in English, it slipped with a lol. Thankfully my parents raised me right. I left and made sure my bank paid her the standard price MINUS the tip! Never again will I step foot in this establishment. The ladies and the gentleman frustrated like she was bothering them. They were not kid friendly at all. She was know problem. I should have waited to go too my place Ivy Nails in Bryant. I stopped by to get a pedi while waiting for my boys to get done with football practice. I had a little girl with me. She wanted a pedi also.
