I have been here twice and each time customer service was lacking. The first time I thought maybe they were having an off day, but no.The people there didn’t seem very friendly but they did do a good job on my nails and have a clean place. I won’t be returning, there are plenty of other nail salons to try. Pedicure

The technician took her time so that I could take a nap and relax while she worked on my toes. She massaged my feet, legs, toes, fingers and my hand. It felt sooooo good and refreshing! I’ll be back there for my next one.

Very few nail salons offer deep in powder and do an excellent job. Lenah had done 2 times my nails and pedicure and her excellent job make my hands and feet look amazing!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon has changed hands and names, at least three times since I have patronized. This latest owner has marked up the prices, which is understandable, post Covid, yet the actual service and experience does not match the package. Paid for the 2nd package which included a polishing and buffing. The pedicurist seemed troubled and in distress, barely spoke, only smiled after I tipped, then went to go sweep the floor, rather than help me leave. Not sure what was wrong, maybe mistreated by the boss or owner, but she did not do an extra, or the step up of what that I paid for before painting nails. It was the very basic routine. She did give a wonderful foot massage, so for that I was grateful and did not say anything. I did not want to worsen the bad vibes. I got the sense of low morale and hard times with an empty salon not doing well. I was one of two customers that time and no one else walked in. I tipped her well anyway. I won’t be returning. You pay for a relaxing experience and to soothe your own troubles as a treat, while you are there. Instead, these people are constantly soliciting to push the most expensive package on you, but not necessarily to provide the best and most relaxing spa experience. They are not the only salon failing, a few others have lost their aura of escape and luxury also. It is the only reason why we go. It is easy to paint your own nails. Doing mine at home from now on. Paying for bad service is not acceptable.Service: PedicureThis salon has changed hands and names, at least three times since I have patronized. I have been a loyal customer to Tommy and Helen since 2014 from their shop at American Canyon and followed them to Martinez. The shop is always clean, never had a problem with their work, and prices are reasonable.

I love Vina Nail Spa. I have been going here for manicures and pedicures since they opened and it was USA Nails. Michelle is awesome and all the women there are very good and all very sweet. Lina does my nails now, and while I am sure I drive her absolutely nuts with the oval/square shape request… she nails it every time. (Pun intended!) I highly recommend Vina Nail Spa!!!

This is a place I definitely recommend… Tommy and Helen just moved their business from American Canyon to Martinez. No other pedicure like theirs, I don’t mind the drive just to get an exceptional manicure. Service worth more than 5 stars.

The older lady that did my mani and pedi was naturaly very slow so I ran out of time and couldnt get my mani color. They also charged me an addl $5 to remove chips of old gel color I had. Mind you ot was chips of color not the full nail. Then the lady did a half a** job given that she didnt pull all the cuticles from my nails despite me asking like 2x. The service just stinked in my opinion. Never going there again.
