Critical: ProfessionalismI called at 7:25 pm on Friday to inquire about availability for same day massage. The lady at the front desk told me that they’re open and asked if I wanted 60 mins or 90 mins. I informed her that I’ll take 90 mins if I have time since they close at 9 pm. She told me as long as I get there by 7:40 pm I can get 90 min massage. I arrived at the front door at 7:41 pm and it was locked and then I called several times and even text because it’s a cell phone and I received no response or even call back. It’s really unprofessional to have a customer show up and then not open the door or answer calls. If something changed and they couldn’t perform the service they should have let me know.
