The lady who did my nails was very nice and friendly. However when I mentioned that I got a text about a birthday coupon, she said she needed to consult her manager. The coupon did state that it was only good for a week, however I was there a little over a week ago, but the gel manicure came off immediately. I felt the person who did it was inexperienced, but tried her best. I did not really want to make a big deal out of it at all, and just decided to treat myself to another manicure. However I mentioned the coupon that I forgot to use last time . It was only 10% off so in reality it was only a couple dollars off. Not a deal breaker at all. Obviously, I did not care about this. I just saw a text while scrolling through my other texts and remembered that I forgot to use it when I was there on my birthday and it was only a couple days over their “deadline”.I did not even think much about it until I encountered their “friendly” manager Jessica. She did not even bother to come to me to explain their policy, (but in reality, hey, is it even worth to argue about over a couple dollars!?) she just yelled from another side of the salon that the coupon expired. A few customers who were sitting in the chairs getting nails done all looked in my direction. She was very rude and obnoxious. Also, not a way to treat a regular customer who did not even mention that a week ago her nails were completely messed up at this exact salon. Even though I liked the ladies who did my nails, I don’t want to come back to a place that treats customers like that. I hope the owner sees that and addresses it before they lose all their customers.

Guess it’s about the area for the prices, not the actual quality of the services. My French manicure is uneven, and the edges of my toes look like I’ve had my feet done for 2 weeks already…. Everyone was nice but that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.

First time I ever came here. My gel manicure started chipping after 3 days. I have been getting gel manicures at my “regular” salon near home every 2.5 weeks for the past 3 years and NEVER had them chip. My nails also weren’t filed evenly so the rounder square shape I received is mismatched on all my nails. Staff was friendly but seemed rushed. Disappointed in the higher price for such a bad manicure. Will not return.

Worst possible service ever. I went in for a french mani and pedi. The person who gave me the pedicure service was rushing it off and didnt finish it properly and for the manicure, they didnt remove the gel properly and the nail polish is coming off and its just been a day. For the price I paid, I expected a better service and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I discovered the salon 3 yrs ago when I moved home. During COVID when they could open up again their safety methods were incredible. Having had my hands/feet done up & down East Coast they are hands down the best & this is all because of Nicki who is a nail SUPERSTAR! You must go!!! Manicure, Pedicure

The salon is always sparkling clean, and the nail technicians are extremely friendly and do an amazing job! I can’t recommend this place enough.
