Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI am writing this review after visiting this hair salon yesterday. I used to love coming here. Lisette used to do my hair and she always did an amazing job. Since she stopped working here my experiences have never been the same. I stopped coming for a few years and decided to try it out again. I made an appointment with Veronica. When it was time for her to blow dry my hair she completely rushed and did not do it thoroughly. She did not part my hair in sections and she was finished blow drying within 5 minutes. I knew something wasn’t right and I wish I said something sooner. She began flat ironing my hair without even asking how I wanted it styled. I was so shocked when she said she was finished. I ran my fingers through my hair, the roots were not straight and my hair was not silky. I told her the roots were not straight and the owner asked her to blow dry it again. At the end I was not satisfied and I left with my hair looking like I did not even get it done. Veronica did not take her time with me, nor did she apologize for the service. If you have natural hair like me, I do not recommend this salon. However, the owner and her husband are extremely nice. I am writing this review after visiting this hair salon yesterday. I used to love coming here. Lisette used to do my hair and she always did an amazing job. Since she stopped working here my experiences have never been the same. I stopped coming for a few years and decided to try it out again. I made an appointment with Veronica. My family and I have been coming here for years to get our hair done, from haircuts to blowouts, have even gotten my makeup done there before a party. Veronica is awesome, very kind and welcoming. She pretty much saw my sister and I grow up. She is also the one that did my sister’s & I hair for her wedding day. I had never gotten so much complements before coming here as I do now.

I used to love coming here to get my hair done. Now Every time I go, they make me wait and keep hopping me around from one girl to another to another- in one visit! To get your hair done here, you have to clear your whole day because you will be waiting a good 5 hours ( sometimes more) to get out of here.

I don’t write reviews but I had to write one for this place. I came here yesterday because I really needed my hair to get done. I looked them up and they had a 4.6 rating so I decided to go here. I am now suffering from extreme neck pain to the point where I can barely move because the lady who did my hair pulled and pulled my hair so hard. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience. I do not suggest this place and I will never returning here again. And hopefully, my neck will begin to feel better but in the meantime, I am in excruciating pain.
