Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeyond amazing! I loved my experience and my haircut/style! This was my first time visiting as I have just recently moved to Somerset and they are open 7 days a week. I haven’t had a haircut since the pandemic btw. I called in same day last minute hoping to see if there was availability and they were which was super great! They took my temperature and everything looked very clean. Carmen is amazing. She is incredibly kind and knew exactly what I wanted for my cut and style. She is a pro. She exceeded my expectations. My hair feels so full, clean and healthy. I love it! Beyond amazing! I loved my experience and my haircut/style! This was my first time visiting as I have just recently moved to Somerset and they are open 7 days a week. I haven’t had a haircut since the pandemic btw. I called in same day last minute hoping to see if there was availability and they were which was super great! Critical: Professionalism0 star place!! I called the place and talked to the owner (Danny). I needed root touching for my hair and asked the price beforehand on the phone. He told me $60! I get to the place, they do everything and when it’s time to pay they make my bill for $110. Such an unprofessional place! Please ask the prices before you sit down with the ladies. They will overcharge for no REASON! I am extremely disappointed!! They should let me know the price before doing the service. I am new to the area and was looking for a new salon. I will not be returning back here!! I don’t mind paying but overcharging and not letting me know beforehand is extremely unprofessional. Critical: QualityI am very displeased with the service I received at this salon. I wanted a hair cut, the woman who cut my hair chopped it like a 5th grader. My hair is uneven and is not the style I asked for (that she agreed to do). Also, she flat ironed my hair which I didn’t ask for I just asked for a wash she insisted she could not cut my hair if it was not blown out (this isn’t true) however she proceeded to blow it and flat iron it and charge me $75. I had to pay for the flat ironing! As I stated prior the cut is choppy and not layered as I desired. I would not recommend this salon for a haircut!!! My hair is uneven and is not the style I asked for (that she agreed to do).
