I’ll give one star because I got a decent haircut, but customer service is slow at best. My first call into the salon to make an appointment took 3 days for someone to call me back. Once I finally got someone to call back (actually, she texted back not called), I got in relatively quick. Then when I wanted to book for a simple shampoo/style, I contacted the hair stylist directly and this time it took another 2 days just to get a response on when I could come in. What was most frustrating was that there was no concern and/or no sorry for their delayed response. The icing on the cake was when I decided to call the salon directly again (instead of the stylist), it went to straight to voicemail. I left a message and it has now been 5 days and counting and no phone call/text back. This salon and the hair stylists are not concerned if they have your business or not, so go elsewhere. Now, don’t get me wrong, the salon is in a cute location, but the customer service is not worth the headache. Good salons and hair stylists are a dime a dozen, so again, go elsewhere.
