Very unhappy with my hair and the customer service I received here. After my initial appointment of highlights and a haircut, the color was not even and I had a yellow band near my root and uneven toning throughout. I’ve been getting my hair colored for years so knowing that sometimes it takes a few washes for the toning to even out, I waited with the hope that would happen. When it did not, I booked a second appointment to have this corrected (and was not told at any point the salon’s policy on corrective appointments), which was another three hours that ultimately did not fix the problem. The staff then tried to charge me full price for another set of highlights and toning. The two stylists I had were very nice, but after this experience I would not recommend this salon.

I can’t say enough good things about Ellyn at Village Salon. Her first priority is making her client feel beautiful and happy with their hair. I’ve been going to Village for years now and they are honestly the best. The vibe is chill and the salon itself is gorgeous. Call Ellyn if you need a new stylist, you’ll be so happy you did!

They were so efficient with scheduling that they got ALL OF US in and out with in less than three hours!
