I have been to this place multiple times throughout the years…. this summer I decided to get a pedi and full set for my bday in July and continued to get fills until a couple weeks ago. I had so many issues with my nails breaking just after a fill. The very last time I went in to get a nail fixed and they were so rude about it that I ended up leaving. I’ve given this place many opportunities but after the last time I’ll never spend a penny there again!! Also the lady on 6 over chargers… it’s too bad for them they’ll be missing out. Don’t recommend you waste your money here!!

Edit: went and got my nails done again. I loved them until I noticed they were smudged before I even left the store. I think I’ll just stick to basics with no design. I showed them they were still wet and smudging and I was told they would be fine. Andy does a great job on my nails, but the lady that did the designs was rushing to leave.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter got Shellac with her friend. The nail tech was busy talking to someone else about how she wasn’t in her station because my daughter and her friend came in together. I had made an appointment for 2 people. She did not pay attention and did a terrible job! They were so busy that time was not taken probably because they were teens! My daughter got Shellac with her friend. The nail tech was busy talking to someone else about how she wasn’t in her station because my daughter and her friend came in together. I had made an appointment for 2 people. She did not pay attention and did a terrible job! They were so busy that time was not taken probably because they were teens! We will find a better salon in the future!

I am not happy with my service. The nail tech rushed and you can tell by the way my nails turned out. I see why this salon has low ratings. Do not waste your money here like I did. In the photos you can see in imperfections very clearly.

Sweat shop much? I was so uncomfortable in here. I only stayed because I needed my nails done as they were too long and I wouldnt have another chance to anytime soon. There’s rows and rows of nail stations and tons of pedi seats. My nail tech asked me how I was and thats all she said to me. I was told by the head lady that they couldnt do ombre nails, they said the closest to doing that was mood changing, I really regret doing that. They pulled my nails off which hurt. The head lady came over and did 1 hand while the other lady did the other. I kept pulling away because it hurt but they never once asked me if it hurt nor said sorry, just pulled my hand back and kept going. The nail tech kept wiping her brush on the table and not the napkin thing for my whole right hand. And cut me multiple times. I almost started crying and I almost asked her to please stop. She didnt push my cuticles back either. She only talked to the head lady and her regular when she came in. I felt ignored. This was definitely the worst nail experience I have ever had. I cant wait to have time to get my nails redone. The lady also wanted to just back fill what I already had when I asked for a new set because it was time for it. She tried pushing back filling them. Thats not including the bad job she did. I only settled on the mood changing because I didnt want to end up with just plain nails. (I always do fun things with my nails, I hate them being 1 color.)

The owner did my pedicure and it was aweful! My nails are crooked & long she barely touched my feet she only massaged my legs and when I asked her to fix my feet she got an attitude!! Such a waste of my money she also left nail polish all over the skin of my toes Pedicure
