Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was there about a week ago. First of all, they don’t sterilize the tools. I didn’t even see them wash them. Even the nail files had particles of other peoples nails!Second of all, no offense, but the lady who did my nails has very gross fungus on her thumb nails. They’re brown. It was gross enough to be touched by those things. (Sorry if I’m being offensive, but it’s a nail salon. People who work there should have at least clean hands) And third of all, she destroyed my cuticles, so I’ve been struggling with infection for about a week now. I can’t play piano or do regular things because my fingers are infected and they really hurt.Will NOT recommend this place and will not go there ever again. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is just ridiculous.I paid for my infected fingers. Used no polish. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a pedicure, I was first in line and then several others came in, the water was cold, the technician removed my polish, slapped lotion on my legs and wiped it off immediately, then painted my nails. I paid for a pedi and received a polish change- disappointing today

Always go to this salon for gel nails, went back to have the gel polish removed, in the past was charged $10, this time the charged me $25. Yes they did file them both times with no polish. I felt that was a bit high, also with their web page down, no prices are available to compare. I was quoted $10 less over the phone for the original gel polish and when the service was down and told me $10 more, the only response was they quoted the higher price. Love the nails, but not feeling comfortable with the prices than changing them.

I’ve had a great experience most of the time: Almost everyone here is very good. One older woman who needs more experience, but the owners are very kind and talented. I feel the prices are fair and cheaper than many other nail salons I’ve been to in the area and in OP. I will continue to go here because the location is convenient and I’m happy with the service I receive.

Dark souls
I love this salon, I’ve been to many different places. They stayed open late for me just for my eyebrows, my eyebrows are hard to wax if you don’t know what your doing and they fix my blunder. They also fixed my nails when I had them done some where else without the extra charge. It took them longer to take of the crappy ones and they were gentle. Thank you so much. -Kari King.

Great place! My fair skin is difficult to wax but they always do a great job. Very gentle and skilled. Always friendly and courteousThey are very accommodating with appointments and the salon is open great hours convenient for day workers.

I called ahead and told their was no wait, when I arrived 5 minutes later they had 3 people working and 5 people waiting (who were all waiting over a half hour). Pedicure tube were “washed” in between with one quick spritz of unlabeled blue spray. Communication was difficult, I walked away very disappointed, they didnt seem to care at all and it costed $90.

Went in yesterday for a manicure and I will never go back. Was overcharged($35 for a manicure) and my nails look terrible! This used to be my favorite nail salon for years but all of the newer “nail techs” they’ve brought in are very inexperienced and do a poor job.
