I wanted to try gel nail French manicure with tips for my son’s wedding and I read great reviews on Yelp. Tony did a great job and the nails have worn like iron. I also got.a great pedicure. I couldn’t have been happier.i am definitely a fan and I am going back.

I have visited at least 4 places in the short year and a half here in NY and I have found the best!! Wung and his partner Tony have a very warm and cozy spa that is not only inviting but relaxing which I personally enjoy. Wung offered the perfect amount of care, comfort and conversation that I love when being pampered and i felt like we were great friends not just another dollar sign! Even though I have not met Tony, I am looking forward to it, upon my next appointment! I honestly cannot brag about this place enough…their prices are very reasonable, service and care exceed expectations and I love feeling like a friend not a dollar sign, and the gel mani/pedi I recieved is absolutely fantastic!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I went there twice, the first time the owner overcharged me $8. I was the last client of the evening and used my debit card. He was “exhausted” and said it was $28. So I paid without getting a receipt, my fault. I was charged $36 and I know it was done on purpose. The next time I made an appointment for “an acrylic fill with a gel polish.” I was desperate and had to get them done. As he was taking the gel polish off he said, “you’ve been here before right?” I said, “yes only once.” Then he takes out this “special” tube of natural pink acrylic gel and starts putting on my nails before I can even say anything. He’s like “this is what you wanted right?” I said “How much more is that?” He said “Oh it’s nothing, only $3.” We argued for 5 minutes and he tried to make me out to be the idiot by saying I asked for the “special gel.” I said, “can’t you tell what’s on there already?” It’s not about the money, not by a long shot. It’s about being ripped off by a small timer who thinks he’s a genius.

Tony is not only a really sweet guy, but he’s a wizard with powder dipped gel nails. No clunky, clubby fakes – these are so well done no one will believe they’re not just a good manicure. Make an appointment. Worth waiting to see.

Just be aware that if you are 13 minutes late because your doctor appointment ran overtime, they will yell across the room “you’re late!” and they will not see you. Nor will they give you a later appointment. Nor will they discuss it. (Even if you were there 4 hours before closing time and there were only 2 other clients there.) No biggie…..just took my $65 elsewhere. But they seemed fairly nice

Very small business, just Tony and his partner Chung. Always does a great job and prices are low for the level of service. Will always do their best to squeeze you in, but try to book in advance as appointment slots fill quickly with their growing number of “regulars”. Relaxing atmosphere, never feel like you’re being rushed in and out.
